In 2013, Kinship in partnership with Pearlmark, acquired 2305 Mission College Boulevard. The joint venture acquired the asset at an attractive price due to lack of buyer interest in a marketing process; the long-term lease proved challenging for many investors, while Kinship was comfortable with the lease structure. The corporate campus is a 358,500 square foot, two-story Office/R&D building located on Mission College Boulevard in the "Golden Triangle" submarket in the heart of Silicon Valley. Completed in 1975-1985 and renovated in 1997-2005, the property is one mile from the new San Francisco 49ers Levi's Stadium, the Santa Clara Convention Center, and proposed 230-acre mixed-use development in the City of Santa Clara's entertainment district. The property is 100% occupied by a quality credit-tenant. The property was sold in 2014.
